Using this workspace
These conditions apply to opencuter.net, provided by WILLOW PAPER LTD at 1755 BLAKE STREET, DENVER, CO 80202, United States. Use requires that you are at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Using the editor accepts these service conditions; a recurring paid subscription requires separate affirmative agreement in checkout.
Editing and responsibility for files
The workspace offers sequential clip editing, trimming, splitting, captions, filters, stickers, music, and local video export up to 1080p. Codec support depends on the browser. Export runs in real time with the tab visible. You are responsible for keeping original files and downloaded results; the service does not back up local projects.
Annual subscriptions
The English/USD offer is US$99 USD per year; the Japanese/JPY offer is ¥16,999 JPY per year, including applicable taxes. A payment-confirmed enrollment starts a 60-minute trial. The annual charge follows unless canceled before the stated end, then renews yearly until canceled. The checkout must show that deadline and charge before consent. OPENCUTER is the intended statement name, subject to provider confirmation. Existing subscriptions keep their original currency when you switch languages. Until checkout is connected, editing does not create a payment obligation.
Ending a subscription or requesting a refund
To avoid a charge, cancel before the trial or renewal deadline through the provider portal or [email protected]. An email received before the deadline is timely even if processed later. A full annual-charge refund may be requested within 30 days of each payment, including renewal, without stating a reason or meeting a non-use requirement. Your content and permitted use
You keep the rights to your source material and output. You must hold the permissions needed for the footage, images, voices, and music you use. Copyright infringement, unlawful content, harassment, malware, or interference with the service is prohibited. We may restrict unlawful use as allowed by law. Third-party open-source components are governed by their own licenses.
Availability and changes
Compatibility and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, indirect losses and loss of locally stored files are excluded from our liability; mandatory consumer rights and liabilities remain unaffected. Colorado law applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory protections in your residence. Contact support to seek resolution first; these terms do not impose arbitration or remove protected court rights. Material revisions are dated here. Future renewal changes must be communicated before applying, and no paid period is retroactively repriced.
